The Colon 4th of July parade and festivities are monumental. The parade is huge and lasts for about an hour with people lining the streets hours before. After the parade, the festivities begin with a carnival atmosphere. Flea markets, miniature golf, bounce houses, you name it. All the events are free and the evening ends with a large fireworks show.

For more information on bus tours for the parade you will need to contact the Village of Colon directly. Note that the main street through Colon is closed to through traffic for this parade.

Abbott's is available for bus tour shows so if its magic and a parade, be sure to contact Abbott's and they will set it up for you. Remember that the restaurants cannot handle a bus crowd during the 4th of July week so let your guests know they will be on their own for lunch.

Abbott's usually schedules a magic show for each 4th of July celebration whether they have a bus tour or not.
