AGENDA: Approved amendment to hear from D and W Maintenance after approval of minutes.
MINUTES: October 14, 2015 approved with inserting amount of reoccurring bills of $17,885.57.D and W Maintenance: Mr. Wolfe stated all necessary maintenance has been done to the broiler. Everything was brought up to specs and maintenance should be a lot easier and friendlier to repair.It should have another 15 years and last 30 years possibly with just a broiler replacement.

FIRE AND RESCUE REPORTSChief Overholt
1. Christmas Party is 12/12/15 Social hour at 6:00 p.m. Dinner at 7:00 p.m.
2. Waiting to hear on DNR grant
3. Grant received from Michigan Gas for $2000.00
4. Discussed some issued with the building that could be put in the budget for next year.(Water softener, exterior doors, air conditioner maintenance, crushed stone etc)
5. There were 27 calls last month.
Assistant Chief Webb
1. Would like to use benefit dinner proceeds for 110V LX lighting for the helipad; installing a wind sock.
2. This spring we will be trimming trees on the railroad bed.
Rescue Captain Wadsworth
1. State Inspections will be held within the next 3 months.
2. Classes for the rest of this year have been cancelled.
Training Captain Talbot
1. 2016 Training Schedule was handed out to everyone.
Equipment Captain Bower
1. 913 – Battery exploded. Bought 2 new batteries.
2. 925 – Alternator went out.
3. 916 – Crack repaired.
4. 921 – Pump passed test.
5. 926 – Turn signal is not the switch, but in the wiring.
Old business
Craun was to present the 2016/2017 budget. This will be done at the December meeting.
New business
Jackson stated the Decker Bridge would be open on November 18th.
Motion by McManus, second by Craun to go into closed session. Motion by Bidwell, second by Jackson to open regular meeting.
